From time to time you may experience visual symptoms which are a little bit out of the ordinary and require investigation.

These symptoms can include sudden onset flashes and floaters, painful red eyes or dry gritty eyes.
If your condition is classed as urgent, it can be carried out either by telephone or face to face. Urgent eyecare can now be charged to the NHS on most occasions and is intended to provide patients with targeted eye care. This urgent eyecare service is available to everyone.
If your condition is not classed as urgent, or you are not registered with a Leeds GP, there may be a charge applied.
